I started late. I wasn’t as skilled as my peers. No one expected me to end up at what would be the number one prep school in the US. Yet twenty-three NCAA Division I offers and a decade-long pro career later, it all traces back to a 15-year-old South London kid whose mindset made the difference.

Basketball gave me structure, discipline, community, and identity. Most of all, it built the mindset that makes beating the odds possible.

Beyond the court.

That same mindset opened doors outside the game. I earned a psychology degree with honors, contributed to research recognized at the 2024 Eastern Psychological Association, and revamped the athletic department at the UK’s top specialist music school.

It also led to signing a Nike contract and shooting a commercial with Snoop Dogg (yeh, I know).

Mindset made the improbable possible, even off the court.

I understand the weight of the moment, the pressure of expectations, and the desire to rise above, because I’ve been there.

That’s why I focus on the mindset that drives performance first. My coaching is interactive, challenging players to engage, respond, and increase their perspective.
